Anyone know the party breakdown of the county clerks in NJ? If the power is in their hands, presumably the Republican ones will say it's impossible according to the law.

"Pentagon says at least one US serviceman killed in bombing near Philippines "
Will Baghdad Bonior offer comfort to the men who killed this young serviceman, or maybe spit in the eye of the young man's mother? How about calling his Commander and Chief a liar? Come on creepy democrats, step up to the plate.

I think this has taken a turn for the worse, but the Attorney General is saying that the S. Ct. would have to get evidence from the County Clerks that they could get the revisions done. The AG is clearly partisan, but he is hurting himself. Maybe he wants to run for this seat in six years.

New Jersey does have recall. I suggest a voter's revolt, tying in this fiasco, Torch corruption, ignoring Democrat voters rights, and taxes.
My friend from NJ who lives here in Indiana said all of her relatives are irate.

Oh, by all means, let's go WAY OUT to accommodate this hijacking of the electoral process!

Agreed to both of you. There's a deterrent effect in the slime oozing from the Torch and the ignomy that surrounds the Flori-duh scofflaws.

AG "The cost could be imposed on the party seeking relief"
In other words, complete the sale of the election.

I hope the GOP lawyers admonish the justices.

THe RATAG is making himself sound independent by requiring the RATs to pay the costs.

The Dem point about the absentee ballots is legitimate. You can avoid disenfranchisement simply by resending ballots to all absentees, and counting only the new ones. Still a problem here. Most voters file absentee ballots because they are are not going to be available to vote in person. Perhaps they are working out of the country, traveling, going on a military exercise, etc. What if a second ballot is not capable of reaching people like that in time to be returned? Those voters who planned ahead to do their civic duty will be disenfranchised, period. Not a valid argument.
