"He noted that black youths many of them poor do not enjoy the same recreational and social opportunities as whites."
Rape is some recreation except for the losing "team."The little Indian girl probably didn't enjoy some of the same recreational and social opportunities as football players at Duncan High School. This is so disgusting. Is there no end to the excuses?

For example, Mr. Taylor said that he believes his hometown bears responsibility for helping create a climate in which such an incident could occur. He noted that black youths many of them poor do not enjoy the same recreational and social opportunities as whites."So our black kids resort to a little harmless recreational rape," said Taylor. "I don't see what's the big deal. After all, the first black president was a rapist, and, you know, the kids look up to him and their parents continue to adore him. I mean, I just don't see why some people continue to care about other people's private sex lives."

He noted that black youths many of them poor do not enjoy the same recreational and social opportunities as whites. Ah, it's not the lack of elementary moral discipline, it's not the lack of parenting: it's the economic status ---- that's why they raped. And, note, they raped an ourageously wealthy 14-year-old Indian girl.
When black neighborhoods become intolerant of crime, the crime will diminish. For as long as we have such "understanding" of and empathy with the rapists, looters, rioters, the problems will continue.

The best recreational facilities tend to be miles from the southeast part of town, where most black residents live, he said.
Worse, he said, such facilities and parks are either dilapidated or nonexistent in the area where many of Duncan's fewer than 1,000 black residents live."
And I wonder why the parks are dilapidated and the recreational facilities are in a state of disrepair??
We built a $500,000 recreation/community center in the section of the city containing a very high minority population. It was sprayed with graffiti/gang symbols before construction was even completed and within a year, was burned to the ground.....the result of arson.

Is this recreation center situation in Duncan or in some other town?

Why, as a (very white) teenager in a rather affluent area, our favorite "recreational and social opportunity" was raping young black girls. Why...............chuckle..............I still remember the time that the boys and I just got.........well, let's not go into that. I'm sure sorry to hear that today's black youth would be besmirched for doing what the rest of us Whiteys always enjoyed with impunity.

Wasn't there a Saturday Night Live skit about how white people act totally differently when there are no black people around?
