So your argument is that since Madison did not know that airborne lead in the workplace or benzene in drinking water are toxic that the government has no constitutional ability to set levels of airborne lead in the workplace or benzene in the drinking water?

the argument is that there will be nothing left in the paycheck if they protect us much more
