We differ on practicality. It matters a lot more to the United States and to North Carolina whether the Senate is controlled by Democrats than you will admit. Elections can be corrected within 2-6 years, but judges are forever.

The appeals court and Supreme Court judges will be deciding what the Constitution says about the First and Second Amendment and a host of other things. If we don't get the Senate, you'll have Clinton judges dominating the courts for the next twenty to thirty years.
