If you're offended by a grammatically correct, factually accurate title using proper english words, well, aren't you the PC one?
Yes, perhaps you would have preferred something like: "The issue of moderate government and African-American children born free of male domination" or some such Politically Correct nonsense.
It appears that some FReepers have been hammered into PC submission.

Aside from a logical dissonance created by the contraposition of high rates of abortion with 'children for income', the article summarized the situation very well.
Ironic that the 'institutional racism' responsible for decimating black families is perpetuated by the party they vote for in a 90% block.

Royal bastards were often a problem in matters of succession. True, true. Maybe the bad rap on bastardry developed historically as a top-down problem rather than a bottoms-up problem.

This article hits the nail so squarely on the head. I have always called abortion a tool of Liberal covert racism.

Mr. Green is a powerful writer, writing about important ideas. An altogether breathtaking essay.
Thanks for the post.

My slave forefathers dreamed of freedom, and I owe them. I am paying my debt to them by living as free as I can possibly be.The way you live your life is the highest honor you could ever bestow upon your ancestors. You are justifying their lives. Such wonderful example of strength and dignity you are, for people of all races.

What is that old saying - "In every problem lie the seeds of its solution"? The great thing about this article is that it defines the problem accurately - the first step in solving it. Thankfully, people like Rev. Jesse Lee Peterson understand the root issues and are working on rebuilding the black family.
George Will pointed out in a speech that the white population trends in OOW births follow the black population trends very closely. I think he was quoting D. Patrick Moynihan on the decimation of the black family wrought by "welfare", and pointing out that in just a few years, the white family statistics were quite similar.

Was the destruction of the Black American family by the welfare state intentional? Knowing the power-crazed elites who run the DemonRat Party today, I'd say the answer is yes.Never forget what LBJ said after signing one of the welfare bills: "I'll have the ni**ers voting Democrat for the next 200 years."
Black dependence on government was the goal from the beginning.

Aside from a logical dissonance created by the contraposition of high rates of abortion with 'children for income'...No dissonance at all: a dozen pregnancies, half of them aborted.

Yes, perhaps you would have preferred something like: "The issue of moderate government and African-American children born free of male domination" or some such Politically Correct nonsense. It appears that some FReepers have been hammered into PC submission. It is not PC at all...much like the word "gay," the noun "bastard" has taken on a much different connotation than its original meaning. According to some lexicons it now can be defined as "inferior breed or kind" as well as "mean-spirited and abrasive". The english language is one of evolution, i.e. we no longer speak in 18th Century dialect. I would have rather preferred the title writer to use the term "out of wedlock" as I do not believe an infant to be of "inferior breed" or "mean-spirited". Such qualities come much later in life!

Someone in the audience at a campaign stop for President Bush used the same expression. President Bush looked shocked. angry, then sad. He said, "Every child should be welcomed and loved, as a gift from God."
In some New England states the number of white children born out of wedlock exceeds the number of black children in certain metropolitan areas. Fourth and fifth generation welfare populations of whites, demonstrate the same social pathologies attributed to blacks.
Dependence, non-accountability, and the establishment of a permanent "human services" class to "speak for the poorest and most vulnerable," insures the continuation of tv shows like "Cops," in which the children of this dehumanized population can be seen, dirty, uncared for, terrified by the violence around them, or numbed and withdrawn, ...all white.
Trash knows no color.

I know you wanted to get our attention, but couldn't you have softened the title? It is extremely offensive to call innocent children such a cruel epithet. And I speak as a white conservative, whose 18 year old daughter had a baby out of wedlock many years ago. I would bust anybody's lip who dared to call my beloved grandson the "B" word.

I know you wanted to get our attention, but couldn't you have softened the title? That was the title of the original article - I didn't write this one; though I agree with much of what's said in it.
