Come on, kristinn ... who I respect so very much ... Mr. Levin was beyond loopy that night. He was!!!

I've no idea what he agenda was ... other than to mess with a few minds ... a goal thoroughly beneath him, both morally and intellectually ... I had the sense of it that he was using FreeRepublic as an emotional playground that night ... it was confusing for all involved ... I will never forget it ... but to say folks jumped on him ... I just can not agree ... he argued very disingenuously ... in a flippant, sarcastic way ... none of his counterpoints had a beginning or end to them ... so there was nothing, ever, to hold on to ... his intent was to bait, that night ... for reasons which remain a mystery ....

I have to disagree with you on that. I think it is because he is so far over the heads of the liberal morons who frequent that network that they never even "got it." For a time, Allan was the only one to be found really taking exception to the garbage being spewed by other "news" sources or calling attention to stories that they were trying to sweep under the rug.
