"Quite the contrary, seeing I am a pastor." May I ask, or do you care to share, where you went to seminary?
Thanks

I would like a little more data (proof) on this as well

I have smoked pot for more than twice as long as you.
My experiences are quite different. Since I loved being physically healthy I never smoked more than once or twice a week and - as I've gotten older - I've cut down until now months go by without a hit. I tried many other drugs but immediately dispensed with them as too difficult, too dangerous, too expensive, or not what I wanted. Pot was never more than interesting entertainment and mildly performance enhancing under the right circumstances.
My point is not that you were wrong and I right but that individual experiences are different. I don't want to be prohibited from enjoying pot because you can't handle it. Nor should I be.

And stealing to support your habit is not a crime?
Theft is a crime and no reason will change that. Even if a person is stealing water to save their life, it's a crime. Considering the person stole water to stay alive, the crime they committed in doing so would be trivial compared to saving their own life. An impartial jury could decide the case.
Or how about being so stoned that your family suffers from your "detached existence" or your job loss because of your inability to be productive at work?
"Victimless?" Hardly.
You should surely go for this. If you think you've been harmed by a person because they smoked marijuana file criminal charges against the person (perhaps file an assault or harassment charge). Plead your case before an impartial jury and let them decide if you were harmed by the person.

This kind of Christian? Not by claim, but by the Name.
Are you saying that Christians are like Hitler just because they wish to see a harmful substance stay illegal?
Don't look now, but your Hillary panties are showing.

What do you know about the subjects of these tests? By the way, teens should not be smoking pot.

Interesting list there....
I have been smoking since I was 14 (am 47 now) so I have a few more years of experience than you. I have never..NEVER experienced any of the symptoms that you described, nor have any of my "smoking buddies".
All of us are steadily employed, and do not focus our life or energies looking for our next "fix". Your post reminds me so much of the propaganda in the 30s, and could have been taken from the script notes for Refer Madness. Thanx for the chuckle.

"If you think you've been harmed by a person because they smoked marijuana file criminal charges against the person (perhaps file an assault or harassment charge). " And if you've been affected by anothers drinking or drug use there is a place for you at Al-Anon. You can find information at 1-888-4-AlAnon. I believe there is also a group called NarcAnon, but I don't currently have any info on that organization.
To: A2J
why would I agree with that, relating two unrelated, or irrational thoughts, to prove your point goes a long way to disproving your point. One guy blames pot on some idiot leaving a child in a hot car. another person equates Hitler's christianity to yours. None of which addresses the point that this article is totaly full of lies.
To get to the point. You may not agree with me that consumption of alcohol/or Pot, is my right. But I bet you would agree that or would hope that you would agree that I have every right to worship in anyway I want, be it babtist, catholic, or what ever. I do have that right,
So should my gov't throw me in jail for having a beer?
Should my gov't throw me in jail for having a joint?
Should my gov't throw me in jail for a having a cigarette?

Stealing to support my habit? I have a job you moron. I am a professional and make plenty of jack. I don't steal a thing. You really have some nerve.
As far as a detached existence and how I relate to my family, how is that any of your business? My wife and I have a loving relationship that is in no way affected by my occasional use of cannabis. As a matter of fact, our love making and conversation is stimulated by it. BUT AGAIN THAT IS NONE OF YOUR F'ING BUSINESS.
You have really pi$$ed me off now pal. You know nothing, NOTHING about me and I'll advise you to keep your stupid mouth shut.

nor do they lead to addiction and possible introduction to harder drugs, as does marijuana.
You are so fond of asking for proof when you disagree with someone's comments, so how about putting your money where your pie-hole is, and post some documanted scientific evidence for your above assertation.
