If you read this site much you may have seen the volkswagon experimental car (very light weight) powered by a small diesel engine that got 235 mpg I believe. Perhaps a vehicle like the VW would be a more fair comparison to this electric car. Yes I saw that. Pretty amazing numbers since motorcycles are hard pressed to do much better than 50 mpg. Ofcourse on motorcycles every engineering decision is against economy. That car shows what could be done if a person simply wanted to stretch gas and get from point A to point B without doing anything exotic.

The gas motor uses more energy idling at a stop sign than an electric car uses to go 50 mph, I suspect. Better do the math (if you can), cuz you suspect wrong.

The bottom line is that the electric car used less energy to get from point A to point B. That is my only point. And a mindless one it is...
A giant slingshot would use even less energy, but other than Wiley E. Coyote, I see no stampede at my local Giant Slingshot store.

Go back to your video game kid, adults were trying to discuss something here.

Go back to your video game kid, adults were trying to discuss something here. There is an "Electric Cars are Your Friends" video game?
Where did you find one?
Is that next to the "Windmills are cute" section at your video rental store?
Do tell me more.
Is there such a store as "Ignoramuses'R'us"?

:I feel most sorry for poor Hercules."
On the other hand Hercules is in a far better place and doesn't have to put up with this idiot anymore.
