This guy was raised by a MUMMY...wow...!!

JJ was right...to be used later..
This was in a news article, not testimony--but referred to court documents.

From Article:Other motions remained sealed on the judge's orders. The sealed motions discuss other potential evidence in the case, including evidence that Westerfield's lawyers label in court documents as "nearly as explosive as a confession." The lawyers didn't specify the nature of this evidence. Westerfield's lawyers want to keep these sealed motions secret from the public through Westerfield's trial and until all his post-trial appeals are exhausted if he's convicted, according to documents made public today

If we have to wait that long to hear what it is...I just don't understand it at all. We need the opinion of a criminal lawyer.

Thanks Kim. I live in NC and was just listening to the Rick Roberts radio show after testimony ended and...man, that guy makes us all sound like geniuses, whichever side of the fence we're on!

I can't wait wait for Hawaii 50 to show up and explain that the prosecutions bugman and the defense bugman are both wrong by two weeks. Dusek knows how to pick 'em. First he rests with Dogman, and now he's going to finish it it with MummyMan and the Hawaii BugMan.

Is it now your opinion that the defense has proven that Danielle's body was placed at Dehesa after 2/12?

I have had a bias against RR since the day he exposed what we thought were rumors about wife swapping etc., twas a leak from LE official. I guess back in february. that's a whole nother story..
JJ, freepmail in a sec

Thanks Stiv. I agree with you about Gerald Boyle and his folksy way being a big plus in a defense attorney. If I recall, his daughter is a lawyer and works on his team and that adds to the aura of a nice, family guy.

Is it now your opinion that the defense has proven that Danielle's body was placed at Dehesa after 2/12? Even if that evidence is wrong by a full week it exonerates Westerfield.

Yes, Rick Roberts said that DW had to be awake all night, no shower, no nothing, except Danielle. Strange, I was thinking that the Van Dams had to be awake all night cleaning up after themselves. Oh well, different strokes.

The guy talkes about mummies from all over the world, and we have to study horndog daddies. :-p

BTW. Fres. I absolutely LOVE your thread titles. They are classics. But the only thing I ask is that you maybe do a "lead in" so that one doesn't have to scroll so far to get the latest thread.
Otherwise you're in top form.
To: ~Kim4VRWC's~
No, it's sealed until DW is acquitted or fried. I suspect it's nothing but a tired DW smarting off to the cops. I'd lose it somewhere along in the 10th hour myself.

Thanks Bunny, I will send you a bunch of carrots...(I work in the Produce Industry you know!!)
To: Stiv
I do not know if it "exonerates" DW as much as it casts reasoned doubt upon Dusek's theory.
