I just thought of something...those jurors that were followed out and had their license plate numbers written down by someone.
Could be that they left their hoses out yesterday and they got HOSED (see definition)

Feldmanization is a much faster process than Mummification.
To: demsux
NOTE: Unless I missed it..feldman did NOT touch the topic of the preserved body..mummification, dried tissue, moist interior and rodents.

I got to think the jury has to be about ready to dismiss all of this TOD stuff.
To: demsux
Maybe they went to the Dry Cleaners in their underwear??
Gosh, Dusek sounds rattled. Really nervous. Guess he isn't getting his money's worth.
Whoops, witness is quoting reports he READ that says she was alive on Feb lst.
He doesn't know for an ABSOLUTE, he is relying on everybody else! Next!

Feldmanization is a much faster process than Mummification.Unless the air temperature in the courtroom changes more than 5 - 7 degrees during court.
We'll have to get those records.

Huh? That's exactly what I've been hearing.
To: VRWC_minion
Witness is clarifying and sticking with the range that includes the time she was alive. I know what he is saying.

In your (VDA) dreams...
To: VRWC_minion
No they're not. They're eating it up.
In the opinion of this witness, under the environmental conditions, based on the decompositional stages and according to the reports of other witnesses...in his estimate, a body in that condition could not have been there that long. Looking at post mortem changes..this is what he expected a body to look in 4 - 6 weeks..
To: ~Kim4VRWC's~
NOTE: Unless I missed it..feldman did NOT touch the topic of the preserved body..mummification, dried tissue, moist interior and rodents. He didn't have to...he just reaffirmed Haskell's contention that the flies can access the body through "natural" orifices.

TOD is a critical component for each side's theory. Which side's argument will the jury disregard?
To: demsux
LOL!
Ya'll I think this expert is getting aroused talking about the dead body, flies and natural openings. I swear...it's errie..

Feldmanization is independant of temperature, but may be mud dependant.
To: John Jamieson
They're eating it up.Then they are taking this guy serious ? Other than his opinion its not based on any reproducible science.
