The defense's questions are pretty long to understand.

Feldman is repeating the ranges of three other experts, asking him if he considered other ranges given by other experts and making point that his range is the maximum range of other experts. (I think by showing that this guys range encompasses other ranges given supports this guy rather than takes away).

There was testimony that the kids were outside UNSUPERVISED. The police and Prosecution would not spend any time taking statements of people that would say Danielle had been seen in the hood. How did she get to the park ?

I would be quite surprised if a CRIMINAL LAWYER knows much beyond law school training about CIVIL litigation. CRIMINAL and CIVIL litigation are two completely different animals and are usually practiced by two entirely different specialists.
