No. The criminologist that collected samples from the room checked the carpet for dampness and said the debris (sparkles, for example) in the carpet showed it had not been vacuumed or steamcleaned.

I think Dusek and this witness are misinterpreting Feldman's lack of objections and are becoming overly bold with both their questions and answers. Feldman is simply letting them dig a hole so deep that they will not be able to prevent a cave-in on cross examination
