Of course, we all are taking occasional detours into speculation-----witness the "Brenda may have danced with a member of the child-porn ring at Dad's Friday night" train of thought, begun not by minion.

The claim of spurious accusations and defamatory speech is silly IMO. The times I have heard that Damon or Brenda did it. Or that Barb did it. Or that Damon dumped the body. Even insinuations that Danielle was not a virgin are rampant on these threads.

If someone were TRULY concerned about defamation, they would speak up when they hear such claims, not ONLY when someone agrees that the State has their man.

I'm off to my usual Saturday morning trip to the library. BRB.

As I mentioned before It is natural to speculate on the criminality of a person who has been charged with murder in a court of law. Your assertion that such speech is libelous, defamatory or accusatory are silly at best.

DW has been charged with murder by the state of CA. Speculation about his guilt or innocence, about the motive and/or commission of the crime for which he is being tried is unwarrented or unusual.

You might want to be concerned about the accusations that fly around her against people who have not been charged with a heinous crime.

We know two others, one from Poway, were ACTIVE child pornographers, producing their own material with atleast 5 girls (operation Hamlet).

We know that VDs are very close to some SD LE.

We know that Danielle was in DW's MH, or that LE flaked the MH.

We know that the experts say that DW couldn't have dumped the body, so someone else has to be involved.

We are not being told the truth by a lot of people, why?
