Good article. The scariest thing about the Egyptians is that they can bring very sophisticated terrorists to our shores. The shooter a LAX was an Egyptian and reportedly he had the ability to fit into our western society very well. The terrorists who are the greatest threat are the ones who are educated and familiar with western ways and can navigate our country without throwing up a lot of red flags.

Wel-l-l-l, if you start leaning on me, I might admit to not being all-so-gosh-darn sure, at that. Recalling my dealings with Turks in Europe during the 1980s, most of them were on the Medieval side. I guess it's all relative. Maybe their government is secular, compared to the House of Saud. But then, the Vatican is secular, compared to the Saudis.
