Gosh, I got busy with dinner etc., but in between stuff..I found some question for you too. You do realize that by asking those questions, you bring about more? Here are a few to start with. DOn't know if I can stay tonight..am pretty busy.

How well did Danielle do in school?
This is irrelevant and has not been focused on in court or indepth anywhere else. However it has been state that she was repeatedly late. That in and of itself is really a non-issue because at that age more times than not it is the fault of the parent not the child.
How were her social skills? Did she have behaviour problems?
Depends on who you ask. Teachers and parents of friends said she was well behaved. Look at the video, a child all over the place with little regard for others around her in a public place. The parents are part of that scenario. Also there was the statement during the PH about the kids being on the neighbors rock. Not particularly respectful of others property, either. They may have known that mom wouldn’t do any thing to correct that behavior.
As many are aware children will often behave differently for a parent than some one else because they don’t know what the limitations are and are therefore less likely to push it.
Have there been previous reports on child abuse or neglect?
Not that has been noted. However CPS was at the house the first weekend. CPS in California seems to have different standards than other states, IMO.
Did the neighbors see strange cars all day and night at the VD house? DW's house? If so how often.
That specifically hasn’t been addressed. It’s probably beyond scope. Besides there is only one nosy neighbor in that neighborhood and she lives behind DW/Feldman’s house. Ah, but we do know that DW had barbecues and pool parties.

There has been no testimony of such. However the house next door to the VD’s garage door was empty. What are you thinking, that they burned in an open barbeque pit for everyone to smell?
Why did he say it was cold on the beach?
Did he say it was cold or not to his liking? Different people have different tolerances for temperatures. For example if DW has circulation problems his tolerance of hot or cold outdoor temps would be different from someone without circulatory problems.

Why was there blood on the jacket and floor in the MH.
The blood. Danielle by her parents admission had nosebleeds. She’d been in the RV at some point. That is not debated.

How much did he have to study the ''human'' body for his work? Did the research and preparation for his "patents" include the work of others? What are his sources for information? How many people were on the patent that had multiple creators?

Others testified to various reasons for closing the curtains. Perhaps he was sleeping off the effects of a hangover.

Feldman knew about it. There is a difference between forceful and abusive.

To most people Susan L. didn’t appear to be afraid of David. That is your spin. She seemed upset to be in that situation to begin with. The man she spent a number of years with is on trial for his life. Sounds like Cletus’ detractors. They just don’t get it either.

That hasn’t been brought up. Apparently not enough to damage his business or jeopardize his contracts.
Did Susan L know about the porn? The child porn? Dusek didn’t ask that. Why don’t you call her or Dusek up and ask them. The majority of it was downloaded in 1999. That is 3 years. Count ‘em 3 years. If David possessed the obsession for porn there would be MORE. There isn’t. What is hard to grasp about that. Nancy Grace could probably expound more on the topic.
DW admitted to downloading the porn. Now he's trying to insinuate that his son did it even though his son denied it. Obviously his motive is to say that if he didn't download the child porn, he wouldn't have the motive to kidnap Danielle. Will he be able to explain why there is child porn in his house?
He downloaded some of it. However, not all of it belongs to David. Some was viewed while he was not even in the house. THAT WAS IN TESTIMONY. Maybe Stealth Ninja Dave has more talent than even we’re aware of. Some Freepers who saw that portion of the testimony said that he looked shocked by what was showed. It was also testified to that DW surfed sites that had 30-40 year olds. There’s a big difference between 30-40 and 7. A more pronounced difference than between 7 and 17, in case you were unaware of this. THE PORN IS NOT A MOTIVE.

They apparently consider locking the kids out of the garage no matter what was going on as “being around the kids”. Out of sight out of mind.

Brenda herself didn’t consider an orgy a sex party. Or swaping infront of your spouse a sex party. However this debunks that little psuedo-factoid that the Van Dams are relatively new in the “lifestyle”.

I really worry about this repeated line of questioning…. He? Who downloaded it? Who looked at it. It has been shown that some of the porn, more specifically the more out there porn was downloaded by Neal. 15 year old boys do look at porn so do 13 year old boys for that matter. snip~ there were fibers found in the bath mat in the bathroom in the motor home. same result. there was blood found in the motor home. blood was found in the hallway outside the bathroom. compared with danielle's knowns.~snip~one in six hundred and sixty quadrillion chance of that match. there were fingerprints found in the motor home. by the bed in the bedroom back by the headboard off to the side there's a cabinet. danielle's fingerprints were found there ~SNIP~ there were more items found. snip~ this jacket had been dry-cleaned. but the people at the lab. still examined it and found a spot on the shoulder. compared it, pulled it out, removed it, analyzed the d.n.a. on it. it was danielle's blood from the d.n.a. analysis.
they found some fibers that were lifted off the laundry that was in the laundry room by the washer and the dryer when they made their loop through there. some distinct fibers. they compared it microscopically, and they found something that it matched to. it matched microscopically to fibers on a towel that was in the body bag for danielle. you'll hear how that comparison was done. fibers from danielle onto a blanket in the body bag matched fibers from the laundry room. you will hear that one of the places they looked in mr. westerfield's residence was in the garage in the trash. in the trash they found that lint ball that you pull out of your ~snip~they found three hairs in there out of the lint from his dryer that was in the garage, and they ultimately had some hairs to compare it with. they had hairs from the van dams to compare it with. and you'll find out that the hairs from the lint and the hairs from danielle van dam were microscopically matched. they were then sent on for d.n.a. analysis, mitochondrial d.n.a., compare these hairs from the lint to hers. you'll hear from these people, and they will come in and tell you that the hairs out of the lint can come from basically four sources. they can come from brenda van dam or any of her offspring. you'll find out that it cannot come from brenda van dam because her hair is treated, there's chemicals on her hair. her hair that came out, the hair that came out of the laundry was not chemically treated. so that leaves three children.

she knows who the defendant is because she's seen him in there before and always seemed very pleasant and very nice and kind of hit on her a little bit. on this early morning, cold day, when he showed up in his motor home, she'll tell you that he came in and he didn't look the same. he was short, quick, disorganized, not well kept, wearing shorts, teeshirt, barefoot, and brought in a load of drycleaning to be done. a black jacket, two comforters, and two covers.
If it is really true that DW was in a blackout or so drunk, why did he even bother hopping in the MH?
The Redden interview referred to getting home. So a blackout with regard to the next day is your spin.
Why the lies from DW about his own time frame?
He told Redden he really didn’t pay that much attention. SNIP...and he gets there it's too late. the campground at the strand closes at 7:00 o'clock at night he says, and there are gates at the silver strand that close and don't let the latecomers inside. so he can't get in there. ~~snip~~ but you will learn, however, is that back at the gas station, when he was getting gas, he got a receipt. the gas station showed he was getting gas in carmel mountain at 7:12 in the evening. after dark. sunset at about 5:23 that night. getting gas in carmel mountain at 7:12. and he says he then goes down and tries to get into the silver strand when they close at 7:00. ~~snip~~ he went over to the cays and spent the night there. a coronado police officer, mike britton, working for coronado ~~snip~~ showed up at the cays around 2:00 or 3:00 o'clock in the morning ..~~snip~~ made contact with the people snip~~ it was not the defendant~~snip~~ he did not see the defendant illegally parked down at the cays that night. the defendant's story is that from the cays he wakes up the following morning and goes from the cays back up to the storage area in sky ridge, where he keeps his motor home. he says he goes there directly, shows up there fairly early in the morning, and kind of parks alongside of the road because he doesn't want to disturb the neighbors, wake the neighbors up because he gets there so early. he says he sets up the motor home, parks it there, gets in the s.u.v. and drives home. drives straight home. and that's where he is contacted by johnny keene and detective mo parga that morning at 9:00 o'clock or so~~snip~~
Why does it matter if the evidence gathered is prejudicial to the defendant if it was found on his property?
They did use prejudicial evidence. It had a great shock value. What are you talking about?

UM, this one is easy. There was no Danielle DNA in the scratches and there was NO DW DNA under Danielle’s finger nails.
