Knowing Feldman’s on the case,

A perfect story! Don’t attack it.
She lay there, little tired lass,
Upon awaking, touched the glass,
And dropped some hairs along the way.
That’s what happened, so I say.”
“What? Don’t buy it? Then how about this—
Damon and Barbara shared a kiss.
Yes, it’s true! That very night.
That means my client must be right.
Swingers must have been involved.

The friends, especially that guy Brady.
The biggest liars of them all.
Are the Van Dams. Imagine the gall!
They smoked and drank and liked to swing.
So they deserve this “murder” thing.
It’s not about this poor dead child.
It’s all about the parent’s lifestyle.
You skeptics now have forced me to it.
OJ showed me how to do it.
Yell and scream and use theatrics.
Pound the podium and other antics.
Throw up smoke and blame the cops.
They screwed up all those damn blood drops.
Their labs are shoddy, their work is worse.
Their skills mean nothing in my universe.
Fingerprints! Bah. A superstitious art.
DNA? It plays no part.
They claim it’s 30 gazillion to one.
I say the relevance is none.
So, in conclusion, Sam-I-Am,
He did not kill Danielle Van Dam.”
“The jury verdict has been read.
Condemned to death, the jury said.
She lay in bed, fast asleep.

He stole the girl from her home,
And went upon a weekend roam.
The horror cannot be expressed.
And then he dumped her.

Damon said it, during the trial, about the fact that he lied to the police a number of times about who was in the house that night. Those people, according to Damon Van Dam had nothing to do with the disappearance, so the police didn't need to know!!!
The only reason Ryan Tyrol was propositioned was because he was "with" a gal that Brenda, etal. found attractive.
They had no interest in DW, his friend Gary, the bartender, etc.
For some unknown reason, the "pizza party" crew "needed" an additional female participant for whatever they had planned for later that night AT THE VD HOME.
This writer has completely disregarded Feldman's re-direct examination. If Dusek does not come up with some credible rebuttal witnesses regarding Faulkner's testimony, the jury will have no choice but to find DW 'not guilty'. I am not convinced that DW is innocent, but so far, the prosecution does not seem to have met their burden of 'proof beyond a reasonable doubt'. If a guilty man walks, it will be because the prosecutor presented the case to the grand jury before sufficiently investigating the case.

Wonder if Larry King will even bother to ask anyone WHY the prints that didn't match ANYONE from the Van Dams house weren't looked at? Will King accept the explanation that "we didn't have time to do a thorough investigation?" as a lame excuse?
Mr. King..please..there WERE no fingerprints of Westerfields in that home, but there WERE fingerprints the LE could not and would not Identify...How about them apples?!!
