The FBI has interviewed many possible suspects. Singling one group out, assuming it even happened, and pointing the finger at them as prime suspects is not honest, full and accurate reporting. Now that I have criticized you does that mean I should get investigated? It's the First Amendment: it will be around longer than PBS/NPR.

I dont see how Kestenbaum has done anything actionable. Huh?
"Two of the anthrax letters were sent to Senators Tom Daschle and Patrick Leahy, both Democrats. One group who had a gripe with Daschle and Leahy is the Traditional Values Coalition, which, before the attacks, had issued a press release criticizing the senators for trying to remove the phrase 'so help me God' from the oath" witnesses take when testifying before a Senate committee.
Hey, this is fun! Let's try a few hypotheticals of our own invention...
"One of the victims of the serial killer was Joe Jones, who worked as a professional mime. One person who had a gripe with Jones was the Free Republic poster 'madg', who, before the attacks, had been heard by multiple witnesses saying that he 'hated' mimes." "One of the rape victims was a blonde. One person who had a gripe with blondes was the Free Republic poster 'madg', who, before the attacks, had forwarded an e-mail 'blonde joke' to several other people."
You're telling me that if someone singled you out on the radio in that manner, you wouldn't be on the phone to a lawyer? Get real.

The only problem with suing them is that it then becomes a transfer of huge amounts of money from a rarely listened to liberal media outlet to a liberal lawyer lobbying group. Which one is the lesser of two evils???
