Keene's issue with Klayman is that Klayman told people that Keene deliberatly kept him out of the CPAC conference this year, when it wasn't true.

I am tired and hungry.

For the record, and to ensure there is no confusion, you were not the subject of my lawyer joke. I hope that clears that up.

I hope he has done nothing wrong, and Larry Klayman is just blowing hot air. Larry's future is on the line here, so he better have his ducks all in a row. I know a little about Larry. In the past, he's been a very fine man. If he has some unusual motive here, he better start explaining right away. If he has strong evidence of some wrong doing, then I would think that he feels that he cannot bury his head in the sand.

You guys slander Klayman all the time on these threads and think nothing of it.

Slander is such a harsh term. The more accurate phrase would be "total contempt".

He just said Bush dismissed this lawsuit today; he said Bush was signaling Pitt not to look into this case. He said Bush was influencing the jury!

KLayman said Cheney is the defacto president; that he runs this country.

Cheney is the de facto president? That won't sell anymore. Larry really needs to stick to a script. The guy lacks discipline.

Wasn't that nice? Spoken like a true liberal.

He actually said that. He's insane. He insinuated that if he can prove Cheney is guilty of these charges, that there IS corruption in the Bush administration.

It was amazing.

All Klayman needs to show is that the accounting change was a clear fraud, and that Cheney knew about it. Vicarious personal liability doesn't apply here. Klayman needs to hire good lawyer. Cheney's gushing about AA was before the "fraud" I believe. Maybe Cheney already had the plan set up. The gushing of course in that event wouldn't be very smart, but then everyone knows Cheney is dumb.
