Well, I thought I knew, but if "safe-sex" is just a euphemism for "promiscuous sex with condoms" (see post 12), I'm not sure that I can agree with you that "safe-sex" is best practiced in a marriage.

This president is a practicer of "Situational Ethics". That means if it will get him votes, it's O.K. by him. His meeting and "Kissing Up" to the bunch of Sodomites before the elections should have demonstrated that to his idolators. But then, maybe most of them think being Queer is an "Acceptable Alternative Lifestyle".
