I created this thread to test that argument. I thought LibBasher created this thread?
Little Freudian slip there, bub?

Is Law And Order Conservatism Dead?
Judging from you post I would say it's not only dead, but buried already.
I mean, when the "Great White Conservative" starts roaring about how it's OKAY for cops to break the law, then yeah..
It's dead and people like you killed it!

I totally agree, I was flipping through the channels and someone on MSNBC (like I said, I was flipping through) was talking about this very point - that we seize on the instances that are captured on video, and ignore the larger picture.
Absoltuely it's a shame there is no outrage about the FBI shooting, or the countless DEA shootings, but since they have video of this punk getting smacked (which in the great scheme of things, I'm not too upset over).
But if this is what it takes to hold cops accountable, then we'll have to take what we can get.

I feel sad that on Free Republic we 5 or so are the only ones that are supporting the police. However, that said, I think a load of liberaltarians are here at freep, infiltrating and disrupting, as well as DU types smacking their lips at this video, and the fact that they think there's really real conservatives in the real world that hate the police. I support the police. Yes there's bad cops, but if anyone here knows Inglewood (and I do), it's a bad neighborhood. I think the ones that are cop bashing, in the face of the facts, ie, the cop got a 4 inch gash on his head from that &8$# kid, but since that wasn't the video that was
shown the liberaltarians have come out in full force. Frankly their personal attacks against me, you, Joe, etc..are dull and boring. We have the higher ground here. We support the police, in the face of democratic influenced society. There's been 50 years of schools indoctinating people to hate the cops, and we can see how, the RATS have won this war.
However, I am confident those of us who hold steadfast are right and morally correct on this issue, and many others. None of the racists that are name calling on this and the other threads had addressed the issue of the 4 inch gash on the cops head. Maybe they feel that is okay, because they're police haters, racists, race apologists (the funniest one is..."the kid is retarded"). Bwahahaha. Special Ed class does not even mean a student is retarded. Most likely in that community it means he's too VIOLENT and needs to be removed from the general school population.

"Cool, I hope the cops kick the stuffing out of your kids someday."
My kids wouldn't be doing something that would make the cops do it.

"I don't remember a single Freeper ever taking up for that poor FLEO sniper who Randy Weaver's wife attacked with the baby. "
I believe the Weave case was a little more obvious. And, if I am not mistaken, isn't the current case still under investigation?

"Lib bashers and your so called "law and order conservatism" deserves to die. Just like the third reich it was modeled after. "
And, in your words, we see a picture of the left that believes only in anarchy.
To: Don Myers
It's hard to take a liberALtarian seriously Don. They all think the same. Cops - bad.

"It's hard to take a liberALtarian seriously Don. They all think the same. Cops - bad."
I don't take Libertarians seriously on any issue. They definitely seem to think differently. They believe and practice anarchy. And, the left calls conservatives a danger to the country when they leave alone the Libertarians. Are they brothers-in-arms in trying to bring down society?
To: Don Myers
Truthfully, when I was a younger person, and a leftist, I saw that the Anarchists and the Libertarians were of the same mindset. They had bookstores here in SF that were very friendly towards each other. The Liber(al)tarian one is now gone due to the Gay, Lesbian & Transgender Center (a huge building paid for by ...*our* tax dollars! Thanks Gray Davis!!!).
One of the *straws* for me to see the light of conservatism was that the Anarchist bookstore had nambla publications in it! And the Liber(al)tarian bookstore had huge proponents of NAMBLA in it! Both bookstores were fonts of leftist dogma...and I was taken to task for not agreeing with NAMBLA and objecting to having this literature in the store (anarchist). Needless to say, I was younger then, and a horrible homosexual lived in the back of the store. I also believe he was into NAMBLA, as was the libertarian store. It made me S I C K! And it's making me sick to think of it right now. However, it was one of the things to open my eyes to the left and how they are, how insidious, how immoral! In that way, I believe that God was guiding me to see the light and turn away from the left, which is rudderless and has no morals. And so, to me, liber(al)tarians are part of the miasma of the left. Just like the National Socialist Party is also the left.

Yes, they are the same. What is amazing is that they don't see it, or they profess not to see it. I don't know how honest they are. I suspect, not very.
To: LibBasher
Most people on these threads know police brutality when they see it. And they saw it. They are not cop hatters. The detest blatant, violent violation of the law by a police officer. You, and those of your ilk are either ignorant, incompetent or a cop apologists. Possible all three, if that is even possible.

And, if I am not mistaken, isn't the current case still under investigation?true, the case is still under investigation. it is the long history of LEO either never being prosecuted or getting off when prosecuted that brings out the complaints from people who believe in goofy ideas like the cops don't have any right to slap people around unnecessarily. It is also comon sense that if one case happens in the vicinity of someone with a video camera, numerous similar incidents must be occuring nowhere near someone with a camera.

I just wanted to personally thank you two for illustrating how out-of-touch reflexive authoritarians are with the vast majority of Americans.
Folks are becoming sickened by the depravity of the current police and prisons regime.
IMO, those who aren't so sickened are either sociopathic manipulators(at the top) or numbed-out sheeple(underneath), always ready to 'present' themselves when so ordered. Sorta like the institutional savagery your kind endorse.
Your time is almost up. Spare us your pity parties.
To: headsonpikes
That's ok, heads, happy to help you out.
