A. Isn't going to happen. The EU weenies are on a PC crusade against Christianity.
B. Why just christians? Jews have been part of European countries longer than most of these existed as such. (There were Jews in Britain before the Angles and Jews in France before the Franks.)Jews are part of Western Civ. Muslims aren't.
(2) the governments of Europe should make a concerted effort to cultivate an atmosphere of cooperation and reconciliation among the Christian and non-Christian residents of Europe.
Sorry. The EU is a PC wasteland.
Once again America serves Jewish/Israel interests.
1. It couldn't be that we are slapping around the EU for all the PC crap they give us? If so it is in our interest.
2. No, you couldn't possible be a subscribert ot hte Liberty Lobby?
. Here's an idea...why not kep our noses out of other countries completely and for the sake of fairness create an Immigration code just like Israels and Mexicos (i.e. no more open door policy).
Good idea. ALso irrelevent.
"I believe that for the small numbers of Jewish people in the United States, they exercise a tremendous amount of influence on the affairs of government. ... Mr. President, Mr. Clinton, instead of exercising the strength of a man whose country contributes at least $4 billion every year to the state of Israel, America has influence in Israel but is not using that influence in a constructive way, but, rather, pays lip service to the Palestinians while she bows to the dictates of Netanyahu and the strong political Jewish lobby."

The U.S. House of Representatives has unanimously approved a resolution urging European governments to curb an increase of anti-Semitism in their countries.
The non-binding resolution, which passed 412-0, cited a significant rise in anti-Semitic attacks on Jewish institutions and people in Europe over the past 18 months. The House attributed the rise in attacks to heightened Israeli-Palestinian violence.
The House said European governments should take all necessary steps to protect the safety and well-being of their Jewish communities.
In April, 99 U.S. Senators signed a letter to President Bush urging him to take a forceful stand with other world leaders against anti-Jewish actions and rhetoric.
