Just let it be known we'll nuke Mecca if this sh*t doesn't stop. Good idea! While we're at it, blow up the Dome of the Rock mosque and give the temple mount to Israel.

You could be right, but the giy really didn't ahve the right kind of weapons to kill a LOT of people, did he?
I think/believe the true Al Q method will be to try to replicate 9-11

but the giy really didn't ahve the right kind of weapons to kill a LOT of people, did he? The reports said they were fairly sophisticated weapons. I also believe he could have had an accomplice who fled during the evacuation after the attack was foiled. Also, shouldn't they have traced the serial number of the guns by now? Why haven't we heard anything as to the origin of those weapons?

They would probably like to replicate 9/11 but I doubt they could pull off something like that again with security being what it is now - unless they go biological. I think when the time is right they will use suicide bombers. We successfully broke up their training camps in Afghanistan but where are the thousands who already passed through over the last 8 years?

"Al Quada says" Well we say: "WE WILL KILL YOU WHEREVER WE FIND YOU" Death to Al Quada. Thug killers.

"Just let it be known we'll nuke Mecca if this sh*t doesn't stop. And then DO IT!" Bad idea, that is exactly what the militants want us to do. That alone will unite the muslim world, and if you think we have problems now, just wait. We just can't start a global war over some crazies, we have to watch out for our strategic investments around the world.

"Many of us are making the mistake of misjudging this incident by the number of casualties"
THe definition of terrorism certainly has been fluid after the LAX Attack, to say the least. What an inane discussion about whether it was terror or an isolated incident. Both. And no word about the rumored second accomplice.
Well, the Feds are vaccinating half a million health care workers for smallpox.

"Our suicide militants are ready and impatient to carry out attacks against U.S. and Jewish targets inside (America) and abroad, once we figure out which strip club they're currently at" the spokesman added.

I have no doubt they will "strike", and I also predict a lot of dead muslims in their future.

Just my own thoughts, but I would suspect them of trying for a knockout punch on this coming 9/11.
If they try doing suicide bombings on schools, etc, the government had better inter all the Muslims that they can find still alive. And, they had better put lots and lots of guards around those camps. I don't think the American people would be as forgiving as the Israelis. I really can't see them doing suicide bombings in the States, but that is just my two cents.

Perhaps Islam will become the worlds fastest shrinking religion.

Yes, because you are more than 10 times more likely to die on on US roads due to a car accident in a given year than in an Al Qaeda attack.

we did get a message - death at LAX
To: freeperfromnj
The only reason he didn't massacre dozens more people is because of the fast reaction of the El Al security officer. His hatred of Jews trumpted out over mass casualties.
If he went to, say Delta, he would have been able to empty his magazines only being confronted by a John Candy look-alike mall cop.

>> Didn't this same person say we'd get a video message from one Osama bin Laden on July the Fourth?<<
I for one do not think it wise to underestimate the resolve of terrorists.

You can yawn if you like. I for one believe they do indeed have suicide militants ready to strike and in fact did strike on July 4. I think there are militants here as well. However, I will not be afraid because they tell me to be. I will be afraid when I feel like it, and not a minute before. Where is that newest video they were going on about? Their job is to make us afraid to go about our lives. Our job as average citizens is to ignore their empty threats. I refuse to jump when they say "boo". I do not believe their publicly talking about attacks has a direct correlation on whether the attacks happen. I will begin to worry after something happens, because worrying before the fact is useless for an average citizen such as myself. My feeling is that they should defecate, or remove themselves from the lavatory...

Well, fair's fair - we'll be hitting al Qaeda targets again soon. Let's see who lasts longer.
To: freeperfromnj
I'm sorry. Let me clarify. I was not yawning at you or your article. I was yawning at the terrorists making these threats.

There will be another big attack, whether you choose to accept that reality or not. Ignore the warning at your own peril.
