All you have to do is support the GOP then. Democrats are the ones trying to put poison pills in vouchers.

So oppose vouchers and continue to fund the NEA.Eventually they will have enough money (they take in $240 million+ a year) to totally destroy our society and make private education nearly extinct.

Have I confused you with someone who's posting favor of federally funded school vouchers? If so I appoligize.

All you have to do is support the GOP then. Democrats are the ones trying to put poison pills in vouchers. That won't happen. I favor smaller government, Republicans don't.

I thought as much.

So oppose vouchers and continue to fund the NEA.Where the heck did that come from? My comment was in response to your apparent agreement with Russ's misconception that "As long as the money goes to the parents and not the schools directly, I don't see [government control, or mandates, of private schools] happening. The reason there are so many controls and mandates on public schools is because the funds go directly to the school districts."

Thanks for your help.
Nice to know you're around.

I thought as much.I could tell you favored larger government too. You have a choice of two parties. You can't lose, either one wins, you have what you want. Good deal for advocates if large, intrusive government.
