I'm really sorry to hear that JWR is still sucking wind. I thought since the site was still chugging along after about three or four years now, that it was in the clear.

It really IS a treasure; it has the best columnists in the U.S. writing exclusively for it.

I hope they resolve their problems.

That seems to be one of their problems. I responded to one of their fund raising appeals last year and it was hard to find the right link to make a donation. Hope he's fixed it.

Gorin said many conservative Christians who have a love for the Jewish people have been "heartbroken" by politics that have been "almost unilateral."

That describes me to a "tee." My absolute best friend of all time was a Jewish kid from the Chicago suburbs that I met in college. I love that guy like a brother.

But he and his family were just inexplicably hard-core liberal. Even when it went completely against their own core values of hard work and doing your best.

His brother graduated from Georgetown Law, and immediately went to work as an aide to Adlai Stevenson Jr. in his several bids to become the pinko liberal Democrat governor of Illinois.

My friend hated Ronald Reagan with unbridled passion, and in our many conversations he could NEVER tell me why, just that "he wants to start a nuclear war." Whatever.

I still love him as always, but we're never going to see eye to eye politically.

Yup. Its one of the BEST conservative sites on the web. FR wouldn't even exist if it hadn't been for the inspiration provided by JWR. So we're simply returning the favor in kind. And I hope Binyamin Jiolkovsky continues to maintain the site and friends get the word out. Show me a liberal site with THAT star line-up!!! :)
