Actually, that was how he could have gotten her into the RV, with the tight entrance.

You're preaching to the choir. I don't think he could have gotten in and out of the house without touching a wall for balance, or losing a hair, or SOMETHING.

"If DW gets acquitted, simply donate your $500 to FREE REPUBLIC."

Ummmm- didn't OJ Simpson, the most obviously guilty double murderer in American history, get acquitted???? And does FR pay me even money if I am correct???? (I'm not even asking for odds...)

I was just pointing out that if you wish to throw away $500 you might as well have it go to Free Republic (and possibly be tax deductible), instead of having it be a gambling proceed or loss and not be tax deductible /as well as be considered illegal in most states.

Do what you want, it's your money.

UH, actually, my address IS ON my check!

Never enter my mind ! LOL

But if you see a old Florida-transplanted Texas dude with a walker stalking about your house --then you can shoot him.
Cause I'm still at home, drinking a cold one and FReeping.

DW was supposedly fairly drunk. Yep, I can see him sneaking in and out of the VD house with a child draped over his shoulder, while he is drunk, and doesn't leave a trace of evidence he ever was there and no one (damon, guests, even a dog) sees or hears him.

Some people think it's debatable whether DW was drunk. He had made the statement that he was so drunk, he doesn't remember getting home. And yet, he was aware enough to recall not seeing Damon's car in the driveway.

Is the last statement true? I've read it so often, I don't know if it was rumor or really what he said.

I've listened to radio commentators & callers who think DW was lying about being so drunk, and therefore, couldn't possibly have done it, when in actuality, he was a sober, calculating pedophile anticipating just the right opportunity to strike.

Are you noticing there is an awful lot of testimony about the dog in this case? And especially today I realized that Feldman (I think) keeps asking everybody to describe the dog...especially her size. Strange.

I have thought about this and you might consider these Possibilities.

DW was drunk, drove home, thought he was going past VD house but actually it was someone else's house. Didn't see Damon's van because it obviously wouldn't be there. Got home, slept it off, woke up and all he could remember is thinking he didn't see Damon's van.

Another one. DW was drunk. Didn't go home. Went with Glennie Nasland. Sobers up later, she takes him back to his SUV at Dad's. He drives home about 3-4 am and on the way by the VD's notices the van is not there.

I know when I worked at a bar, there were nights I felt fine, drove home. Woke up next morning and had to go to my garage to see if my truck was even there. Couldn't remember the drive home, but remembered other things that happened before and after I got home.

I also know you can get drunk and not remember what you did, but while you were drunk, you were concious of what you were doing. You didn't turn into a vampire or anything cause you were drunk. You don't become an instant child molester/murderer/kidnapper because you are drunk.

I've listened to radio commentators & callers who think DW was lying about being so drunk,

SO, let's see. DW stated about how many Rum and Cokes he had. Then he was given a B-52 or some other kind of SHOT and it (1) was too much, and didn't taste good with what he was drinking.

You can be drinking what you are used to, then have a 'shot' of something and next thing you know, you see 2 or 3 of everything and you know you need to get HOME.

So, these "experts" think that DW was able to drink and somehow it didn't affect him, like it does any other human being ?

B) You yourself said you found a picture of him in short sleeves about Feb. 12.

Feldman got the medical examiner to admit that Danielle was probably still alive mid-February. He will most likely present proof of that during the defense's case.

Hey, now that's a new idea I hadn't thought of. Those houses do look pretty much alike, don't they? Didn't someone say there are only 3 styles in that neighborhood?

It is not inconceivable that the dog 'turned' on the child. Especially if Damon was beating the dog for peeing in the house. Maybe it peed in Danielle's room, maybe on the bean bag chair or pooped on the bb chair, and Danielle tried to 'discipline' the dog like daddy does.

A dog like that could kill a child or tear off a foot very easily.

I don't think the Poison Oak theory is a provable one.

Maybe we are better to go on past it.

I know what testimony you are referring to. That is not an accurate representation of the medical examiner's statement.
