Word is going around the net that our final settlement with WP/LAT has been posted to the court docket. I have not received OFFICIAL word yet, but looks to me like it's going down. Got Willa checking it out for me. What's that old saying? WOOO HOOO!

Do they actually have anything in Alaska that gives them the bang for their buck that Free Republic does?

Republican billboard welcomes Democrats to their Texas Convention

Gov. Rick Perry is running a full-page ad in today's El Paso Times. And before they reach Downtown, Democratic delegates will see a large billboard promoting the "Texas Democratic Party 2002 Convention" with a "Welcome and Bienvenidos a El Paso."

But the names of Tom Daschle, Dick Gephardt, Joe Lieberman and Terry McAuliffe -- all national Democratic leaders -- are lined out and replaced by Texas Democrats Ron Kirk, Tony Sanchez, John Sharp and Molly Beth Malcolm.

A university just changed their name. They were Beaver College. They said enrollement of females was very low. Gee, I wonder why? I don't recall the new name.
