Did you happen to catch the show on CourtTV last night about the dad suspected of killing his 9 yr old daughter?

They had no body but felt he had buried her somewhere so they put a GPS tracking system on his car and started messing w/his mind and then watched him go....he went to the first burial site and moved her to a second site...he left 2 plastic bags and some duct tape in the 1st site and they were able to send that to the Secret Service for testing on prints and got him.....this was in Spokane WA.

Referencing the drag marks...what if that was the second burial site..whomever put her there would probably drag her as opposed to carry if she had been deceased awhile??

Someone else on a thread had made comments that this being a dump of sorts...critters would be abundant and more damage to the body would have been done had she been there the entire 3 weeks.

Not sure the facts support it but interesting just the same.

Think either dog hair or dog bed. It would also depend where it is found. This is still a very twisted story. And IMO some of the players were a great deal more acquainted than at least one will admit. That could change. Who knows. Let's just see what shakes out.

I have to agree with Val, it appears that this irrational crime is more of a crime of opportunity, one that didn't require much thought..except that if dw did he, he probably believed that he could create a terrific alibi.

Well, there is the problem of the audiotape admission that he downloaded it. Of course, did he admit to generally downloading all of it, or did they ask and he admit to specifice ones? Obviously defense is going to have to explore that. And it may not matter, I'm not sure that professed ignorance of the content is a defense. And then there is the single rape/bondage movie or animation (it's not clearly spelled out) of apparent juvenile females with the recent download date of "late November 2001" which indicates he knowingly and intentionally dowloaded it to a CD. If you read the prosecutions response to the motion to suppres the pornography, you will see they made a very strong case for entering it into evidence on both the child porn charges and as evidence of motive and won. Don't discount the evidence before it is heard in open court.

My brain is on information overload. Before I dive back into previous testimony - does anyone recall for sure if we ever heard that Damon knew of the "Brenda finding the open garage door" incident before morning? I thought Brenda didn't tell him about it - that he didn't know about her finding the open door and vice versa - that she didn't know about his finding the open door - till in the morning when they started piecing it all together after Danielle was found to be missing.? Now Denise says he was right there in the garage doorway as they were closing it - whats up with that?

I caught that and thought it interesting too! Seems to me that Denise told a different version than both the VDs, on the door and on when Damon went downstairs. hmmmmmmm

If the worst they have on DW is a single anime of young teenagers, I would not give that much credibility in implying a motive to molest a girl scarcely out of diapers. The mindsets required are not the same.
