Brenda testified that the scratch from the dog was about 3 to 4 inches long, but that there was no bleeding.

Flash forward, when she was asked if there was any "blood on her (Danielle's) shirt from the dog scratch?"...Brenda pauses, thinks for a minute and mumbles "no"..

Only radio reporter who has a seat in the trial gave her observations.

She said Brenda seemed to have the jury's sympathy at certain times, but there was a noticeable shift when her stories conflicted with Damon's. They began taking notes.

I only hope that they pay very, very close attention. The reporter seems to think that they have reacted to particular statements as if they know she is lying. An example given was her denial of sex parties at their home.

So as an innocent parent with a missing child you would have sent your 10 year old out into the street in the middle of the night in the dark to look for your other missing child????

Hummm my son is going to be 10 in August and there would be no way in hell I would have sent him out in these cirmcumstances in fact, if he was sound asleep I may have woke him asked him where is his little sister and let him go back to sleep to spare him the obvious grief of the next few hours.

Now had it been daybreak perhaps I would have sent my son out knocking on the various neighbors doors but not until that time.

I listened to the 911 call again and yes, Brenda did say Danielle had GREEN eyes.

They found the child missing at 9:00 am. All of this took place in broad daylight.

UM, the missing child was discovered at 0 or 10 in the morning. I would have sent my 9 year old out looking without a problem.

Don't take any of the negative comments to you personally.. if you get timelines or something confused it's not a big deal. If my child turned up missing in the morning I wouldn't want the rest of my kids to leave my sight for a while. Just a fear thing I guess. I'm not criticizing those of you who would allow your kids to go to neighbors in the morning..

Also if the door was opened, you can't tell me the other children wouldn't have noticed that Danielle wasn't at home until 10:00 a.m. Nothing seems to make sense here.<-p>

It was someone else who said it is rumored that DW went thru his money on Attorney's fees.

It's also been reported, that he signed his home over to Feldman...don't know if that's a fact or not.

if the casual observer just tuned into this, they'd wonder why the fixation on friends etc.. One has to think, "what is the jury thinking about feldman's fixation on it..,"
