The dems (and pubbies) have access to virtually the same Intel as the President. Then the dems say they are unable to decipher it. My question is...why the hell give it to them if they can't interpret the info?
IOW, they are either stupid (probably) or liars (fer sure)! dasshole is a petty little ball of scum and unfit to lead. I jsut talked to my niece in SD and asked her if he enjoyed a 71% approval as is stated by the media. She got a good laugh out of that. The feeling in South-Eastern SD is the Johnson is gone and tommie will be in 2 years.

I agree - and I was rather shocked! I expected him to come out with guns blazing. However, he may have watched enough of Britt ripping Juan that he decided not to play his hand right away.

Yes, I believe it was the BS herself who finally admitted that she had no intention of imposing the restrictions upon herself which she so thoughtfully tried to impose upon the public in the area of conservation. I believe her statement went something like, "I didn't mean me". You are right - hypocrit!!

He'll probably be facing many of the state-wide South Dakota GOP officeholders to knock-off Daschle (my bet is that Janklow will win this fall and then run against Daschle in 2004-- allowing Pressler to take the at-large House seat vacated by Janklow (which Pressler is seeking this year)), but now is the time to strike. If he dedicates his life over the next two years to the race, he could do it (and if he's a good candidate).
