I think the assassin's main concern was not mink or whales, but rather the survival of his own kind, namely endangered nuts.

Good article MikeJ
Here's a pic of List Fortuyn's no. 2 candidate
Link.
He's only 27 years old. Knighthawk says it's unlikely he would be PM if List Fortuyn won. Number 11 on the list is a Moroccan woman, as Aristeides noticed.
I think Fortuyn has some Dutch colonial/citizen black vote, they don't like their slice of the pie being cut, just like anybody else. And they see themselves as Dutch. During the Rotterdam city elections, it was noted that Fortuyn even got some Turkish votes, they concerned about crime and the like.

Most of his views were "liberal" by American standards.

You should have seen the media bias in St. Louis Post.
To: knighthawk
Oh knighthawk, I am so sorry for you. I know just how much hope you had about Pim's election. You must find someone to pick up his banner and continue the fight.
To: McGavin999
I will never give in. Fortuyn shall live on forever in our thoughts.

What a disgusting article. The left-wingers, such as the writer of this article, might not like it, but Fortuyn is a martyr. They made him one, and that is one fact they cannot deny.
