Actually, this is my favorite line of the whole piece:
"No. I have a driver's license that says 'New York State' in my pocket but I'm not here representing New York State. I'm here as a member of the United States Congress," Towns continued.
There you have it, folks. A New York Democrat admitting openly he doesn't represent New York. Bwa-ha-haa!

Waxman is such a damned democRAT. Scared of the light of day. Your agenda for guns, Mr Waxman, is not the country's agenda, learn to live with it. I also enjoy the Townes comment. How true.

You just gotta "love" these democRATs. They have equal contempt for all the parts of the
CONSTITUTION and the
BILL OF RIGHTS.
BEAUTIFY AMERICA. ELIMINATE DEMOCRATS FROM OFFICE.

Waxman is just one of the Democrook Party that really is seeking to overthrow the present US Government. Daschle and Gephart have their own thing going and there is a slew of others giving them full support, just like McCain.

I liked that one also. I wonder if the people from NY who voted for him know who he represents. If not, they should be informed.

"If this man has been hired by the National Rifle Association, just as anybody hired from the Democratic Party shouldn't be allowed to come in here and film, I don't think we ought to allow this, and I think the rules don't permit it," Waxman alleged. Does this mean that ABCNBCCBSCNNMSNBC can no longer film any house committee hearing? Afterall, they all shill for the DNC.

"I don't think any outside groups should be in here filming," DeGette said. "I'm deeply offended by it." In other words, they're offended that their actions might actually see the light of day.
These people are cockroaches, scurrying for cover when the light comes on. They deserve to be squashed, Raid-ed and Roach Motelled.

Geez...this Towns guy was elected with 90% of the vote in Brooklyn!

"May we ask of the gentleman who is filming, for whom he is working today?" Waxman asked Stearns. How about: WE the People...

Geez...this Towns guy was elected with 90% of the vote in Brooklyn!I'm quite surprised that he didn't get 125% of the vote in Brooklyn. MTR.

"Under the rules, the only cameras that are permitted at a hearing are from accredited representatives of the press. I understand that the camera that is now filming this hearing is owned and controlled by the National Rifle Association," Waxman (D-Calif.) charged. The ACLU, currently defending the Campaign Finance Reform Bill refused to comment publicly. But an un-named ACLU staffer was overheard saying "what Bill of Rights?"
