These are the kind of people many of our elected officials ("good conservatives" included)
rub elbows with at their UN/TLC/CFR/Bildeberg shin-digs.

Wine, beer, bread, classical music...well, they are useful for a few things, I suppose.

We kicked their butts twice, we can do it again.

Heh. Obviously they didn't learn their lesson in 1939...

I wonder what Boll would have thought of this group who have taken his name? He was anti-military in his writing (he fought in WWII and was imprisoned briefly by the Allies at the end of the war). He was anti-Catholic, anti-materialist, cynical, perhaps absurdist and surrealist. But he was also opposed to shallowness.
"If our era deserves a name it would have to be called the era of prostitution. People are being accustomed to the vocabulary of whores." -- Boll

Here's an idea. Let Germany go first. Let them turn that country into a third world ghetto and then, if we decide abject poverty is the life for us, we can follow their example.

I know this is anecdotal, but I found it intriguing and thought I'd relay this...
A friend just sent her exchange student from Germany HOME. This eighteen yr old girl refused to eat meat due to our "cruel slaughter" of livestock.
She said Germans, as a rule, do not believe in God.
Although she's only eighteen, she's been virtually on her own since age 13 because her mother spends most of her time living with a boyfriend.
The girl was a smoker, drinker, and former drug user.
The girl hung out in bars in her country.
She said in Germany, students are NOT required to attend school classes on a daily basis.
She thought America's WTC disaster should have been expected, since "You are sometimes mean to other countries."
My friend was relieved when she saw this girl off, for her return to the motherland! IMHO, Europe is a lost cause - if Germany is any indication of how deeply they've sunk into debauchery!

The memos authors include Hilary French, who runs Global Governance Project at Worldwatch Institute in WashingtonHmmmmmmmm. Fitting.
[Socialist Foreign Minister Joschka Fischer] was reported to have participated in Palestine Liberation Organization camps in Jordan and to have attended a 1969 PLO meeting that called for "final victory over Israel.
Why are we not surprised.

Lets see: vegetarian, pagan, raised by a single mom, skips class....You should have told her that her character traits qualified her for that Boys from Brazil experiment. Did she have stunning bluye eyes by chance? Or get rejected from art school? I am always suspicious of German Socialists. The only difference is that they are Internationalists, not nationalists.

Remind me again why we need Europe? The towers of San Giamaniano, Italy. The foot bridge of Lucerne, Switzerland. The wine and landscapes of Tuscany. The bulls of Pamplona. Risotto. da Vinci. Picasso. The Alps.
(I'm happy to not mention anything about France or Germany.)

A controversial Green organization linked to Germanys Socialist Foreign Minister Joschka Fischer is launching a campaign to impose $300 billion in global taxes and radically transform the American way of life. Why stop at $300 billion. If the principal were established that the US were required to pay "global taxes" what restraint would there be keep at only $300 billion. Remember, shortlya fter the 17th amendment was ratified, the top tax rate was 7%, and relatively few people paid that rate. In WWII, the highest rates went up to 91% and stayed that high till the Kennedy administration.

...It urges global "user fees on the atmosphere, the oceans, and airspace to fund a World Environment Organization,... Socialists are always thinking of new ways to screw you and me.
...It says the proposed global tax to affect "hot money flows in capital markets could generate between $50 billion and $300 billion annually.
For socialists, it always about the love of (our) money.

The are also the people that gave the world the Frankfurt School, post-modern marxism, the radical/feminist/homosexual/racial agendas, radical environmentalism, the sexual revolution and Herbert Marcuse, and the marriage of socialism to environmentalism via the Green Party!
