Seven per tube may be a stretch as the pressurization equipment for the canister membranes is a real pain.

You're forgetting one thing. Anything an engineer can put on paper WILL WORK. Just ask him.

The plan right now is that we will give up two Tridints, I think the Ohio and Florida, send the Florida to Kings Bay as thier SSGN and keep the Ohio here in WA. Kings Bay has more subs, so they send two over, really not sure on which ones but guessing Kentucky and Tennesse, to keep a balance of power betweeen each coast.
