Yes, Ijaz has been funnelling money through the Paki/Saudi/Mid-East channels. You might have noticed that he recently jumped on the Bush bandwagon and lambasted Clinton in a syndicated article. Unfortunately, many FReepers fell hook line and sinker for the oldest trick in the book. Ijaz is simply trying to win/buy some clout with the Republicans. He has a lot of financial interests in the Middle East/Sudan and this one time Clinton lackey is just looking to make a quick buck.
