#39...Sounds like I stand corrected. Thanks for the info. I still believe my point stands that in cases where Arabs attack Israel since 48' they seem to get a butt-kickin'. cheers and happy Easter.

I can hear the Israelis now; "By the way Jordan... kiss your water good bye... and don't call us to get the king out when the pallies revolt on YOUR side of the line..." And revolt they will. Jordan killed what??? 20,000 of their own "palestinian" radicals not too long ago right? Talk about the pot calling the kettle black!!!

Maybe a few all out civil wars, in neighboring Arab states MIGHT provide a more sure foundation for democracy in the Western Tradition. ALL of the trouble spots in the world are predominantly ISLAMIC dictatorships. The few where they are NOT the trouble site, are receiving funding from those same radical Islamic states... like Saudi Arabia, Iran, Iraq, Syria... et al.

Their kingdoms and despots need to start dealing with their own internal problems, instead of meddling with US interests and Soveriegn Israeli territory... And Israel ought to stand up and declare the obvious. The offer of land for peace is FOREVER off the table, UNLESS surrounding Arabic nations, are willing to sacrifice THEIR land for survival. STARTING WITH Egypt, Jordan, LEBANON and SYRIA.

Pacification by force.

No doubt. This "Islamic Republics" are little more than your standard African dictator in head gear. Hey, you have to give these dictators some credit. Instead of constant revolts due to the fact that they are living in destitute conditions, the government and the "press" take the focus away and steer it onto the Great Satan.

Guess what Arab world, nobody gives a rats a$$ what you have to say. Hey Jordan, go ahead and expel the envoy. Do you truly think that the Israelis give a flying foodoodle about what your problems are when they are fighting for their very lives? A somewhat unrelated side note: Speaking of these Islamic "Republics", when President Bush made his "Axis of Evil" remark, I truly believe that the three countries he named were little more than examples. I believ that the real axis of evil is defined by three separate government structures.
  1. Communism
  2. Islamicism
  3. Dictatorships/Madmen
The fact that he named North Korea, Iran and Iraq was for effect, as they represent the worst of the three systems.

I beg to differ. I believe that all human beings are God's children.

The source stated that Jordan and Egypt are "considering this possibility" of telling Israel's diplomats to leave their countries, and that a decision on this matter depends upon developments in the territories. The Egyptians and Jordanians would carry out such a step in unison, the source added.

Gee isn't that special .. they sure do seems to like to kick people out of thier country ... Kind of like what they did with the Palestinian's

If they seem to care so much for the Palestinian's .. Why don't they taken them back??

Goldie, May I call you that (smile) this goes even beyond Oslo, if Egypt and Jordan withdraw recognition. This goes back to the Camp David Accords in the late 1970s and repudiates what Anwar Sadat and King Hussein achieved with Menachem Begin. This erases a quarter century of diplomacy.
