Sorry...saw it at Drudge's site. It originally comes from Reuters.
Bottom Line: This is not about Pamala Lee having Hep C. This is not about the dog mauling case in S.F. This is not about Brittany Spears. This is about what really happens in the world. We saw this face of evil on 9/11 and now our that our country has fallen back to its insular, Hollywood driven news we need to see what evil is really like. Isreal sees this everyday. Wake up America...

No doubt. But most who post graphic pictures include "GRAPHIC" in the title thread. Don't get me wrong; I believe people need to see these images to be reminded of the type of "people" we're dealing with. I can only hope that this is the murderer's head.
