No, my point stands just fine if the number's 20%. That's one in five. Taking a one-in-five shot at getting an incurable disease doesn't sound like "responsible behavior" to me. (And you know very well that promiscuous people are sleeping with other promiscuous people, and a higher percentage of promiscuous persons will be infected than you would find in the general population, so it's actually guaranteed to be worse than a 1 in 5 chance for the promiscuous.)

In a friends house the girls are drunker, willing to do it there or go nearby-many years of experience and sucess has taught me this.
Your odds are about 1 in 20 at a bar on a good night, at a house party I would say 1 in 5.
To: codebreaker
I'd say at a ho house, you have a 1-2

And some of the parties I've been to looked like those kind of houses!
The trick is to find the most emotionally needy gal you can find. Usually it is the one who is drunk by 9:30 standing by herself-then sweetalker her to death...she may not be the most georgeous but I guarantee the crazier the are the better the roll in the hay.
If you take the National Geographic approach you can pretty much suceed every weekend.

Sure. I admit that clustering could well raise the ratio for some subsets to 1-in-3. I just wondered if you had documentation. Assumptions aren't evidence, and it's generally good to know where to find the evidence. Not a big deal, though, in this case.

You should teach a college course.

I would say immigration policy is more liberal social engineering by decree, except that isn't working anymore because most of the Hispanics are starting to vote GOP.
And if Condi Rice or Colin Powell gets on the ticket that bumps another 10% at least off the Democrats base.
To: Hank Hill
It is so easy on Freshman week I almost feel bad, my radar has gotten better over the years like an FBI profiler so that I can recognize the makeup of the emotional headcases I'm looking for within a few minutes of taking to them.
Most of the time its not really necessary to leave the party if you can find a small room, or if she wants to go back to her place.
In my experience bars are a waste of time, execpt if I want to enjoy a bachelor party or a sporting event. Your money is much better spent asking everyone where the private party is and encourage the booze to flow freely.

Kalifornication bump....I guess. The Deep South where I hail from has always been a bit more staid.
To: MaggieMay
my wife likes 'em as well....how long you give Kate and Chris....LOL?

Your position on this subject is foolish and not worthy of further cognizant arguments. Or in mathmatics, 1 cookie baking father + 1 construction working mother = a disfunctional screwed-up mess to begin with. Sorry, I don't watch prime-time TV, I refuse to be PC indoctrinated, though I'm sure Hillary is proud of your assimilation.I didn't try to indoctrinate you. I simply stated an opinion. You jumped in with you drivel. I guess weak minded people are easily influenced. It's probably best if you continue to stay away from TV.

Nope, not at all.
Have you ever talked to Ann? If you haven't then you should keep such talk to yourself. If you have, you would never say such a thing about a fellow Freeper. How should I think of you. As a whore? Just wondering. LOL

The black community only has higher illegitimacy by government decree, those Great Society welfare programs will take centuries to undo the learned helplessness of the black fathers not being there. You are absolutely right. It is strange to think that in 1950s there were more married black women than white.
Liberal social engineering to create a steady voter base. You give too much credit to their intelligence. What I think happens is that the leftists, while thinking to create something "for the whole world" and "for all eternity," invariably fall prey to unintended consequences. At that point, rather than seeing the futility of the strategy, they blame the opposition for allegedly not allowing the full strategy to be implemented.

I've also wondered about the color of Ann's carpeting. You life must be great, you have solved all other problems to worry about that.
Perhaps, we need royalty after all: in place of them, we have celebrities' lives to worry about. And I would take the Queen any day over Alec Baldwin.
To: TopQuark
Or they realize that the only way to continue the survival of the party is to be responsible for doling out benefits.

You know the real problem as far as I can tell is their youth and career paths, too much time apart, sigh, only time will tell. I burn my own compilation CD's and rock out on the treadmill to the Black Crows music. I am at that point in life where my waistline and pulse rate count more than my hearing, so I really blast the volumn. In a few years I will need a hearing aid, but my blood pressure should be OK. I'm not making this up the other night, my husband a rock-n-rock lovin' electrical engineer, had the volumne so loud downstairs my 15 year old son had to tell him to turn it down.

Well, I really think that's something that was put on that time period later. People have a tendency to want to think that they have reached a greater degree of enlightenment now, than in the past.

I'm 54 and have been around the block a time or 5...don't close too many doors, nor seek only the obvious. Sometimes formally fallen women are the real prizes.
I know what you mean, but this woman did not seem to have learned anything. You know, I mean three mistakes in a row without marrying first. When she said she had three children I thought O well If It ever ended up being wedding bells then I could accept the Kids and the fact that she had been married before. But when I found out that she had not even married one of the guys (the three guys) a red flag went up.
