Senate: "the medium through which all affairs of the whole government have to pass; in general, a legislative body; a state council; the legislative department of government."
Obstructionist: "One who systematically blocks or interrupts a process, especially one who attempts to impede passage of legislation by the use of delaying tactics, such as a filibuster."

Based on the above definitions, a more accurate description of Daschle is an obstructionist. Therefore, I cannot call him a senator; it is an insult to those who are.
