It worked (and worked well - I like the topic choice setup), but what's really weird is that your reply #6 doesn't show up on my self-search.

I'd suggest tightening up the layout or using smaller fonts so all the entry boxes can be seen on a single screen. I'm using a 17 in monitor and to enter all the info I have to scroll.
