They have been. In fact, around September 25, one of their top military commanders was boasting of plans to commence terrorist operations on U.S. soil.

The thing that has me angry and frustrated is the fact that we also listed the most active anti-FARC force, the United Self-Defense Forces of Colombia, on the same list as FARC and Al-Qaida.
