I know this will bother some folks here, but it seems fair to believe President Bush was clued in to what his CIA and Justice Department were doing to intervene and kill the case of Notra Trulock to reclaim his good name. The Wen Ho Lee case is a huge embarrassment to the intelligence community--going back to 41's years at the highest levels of the government; and of course, 42's traitorous reign which the current administration prefers to simply move on from, rather than see a patriot like Notra Trulock get the justice he deserves.

This is an outrage!

The lower court granted the Bush Justice Department's request to stop the cases this afternoon, on the eve of trial. Judicial Watch will appeal on behalf of Trulock. Poooooor Mr Trulock.
When the Democrats are against you, and the Republicans are against you , and the Judges are against you.. you have just been pronounced a dead dead (did I mention Lifeless) DUCK.
Larry Klayman lost another round in court.
Kayman is the only lawyer that could sue himself and lose the case.

Larry Klayman is a sick individual. His delusional rantings have ceased to be funny.
Almost all of Judicial Watch's lawsuits are dismissed before they even go to trial.
Someone should sue Klayman to find out the identity of the deep pockets behind him and NewsMax. Could it be McCain? Or Perot?

if the trial was allowed to proceed, that national security would be violated. It makes me wonder if Clinton did much more damage to this nation than we know about. Bush hid it in a hurry, but politically, it would be to his advantage to expose it.
I'm afraid he may be hiding info that would terrify the American people if they knew what Clinton may have really done.
Clinton sold his soul for power, and may have sold more than military secrets. He may have sold all of America ; it's vaunerable areas, it's valuable sites, it's entire network.
Remember, he was training the Chinese military leaders right here in the U.S.
The goverment labratories had an open door policy!

Kayman is the only lawyer that could sue himself and lose the case. Klayman, whatever we might think of him and his motives, has performed a valuable service for the cause of justice in Washington.
Where have our righteous representatives from both parties been hiding?
Why is our justice department so interested in killing a low level defamation suit?

"Already, another case filed before the same court, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, which was dismissed, has been reinstated by the Fourth Circuit. This reinstated case involves Trulock's claims against former FBI Director Louis Freeh for violating his constitutional rights." You might have missed this part when you skimmed through the headline... if you've been paying attention, this was one of several reversals on appeal recently that Judicial Watch has won for its clients. I'm pleased that there are still a few good men willing to stand up for truth and integrity in government.

Why is our justice department so interested in killing a low level defamation suit? Because of all the high level info that may be attached to it. Klayman is the wrong man to have on the case. He's too coo-coo.

I'm afraid he may be hiding info that would terrify the American people if they knew what Clinton may have really done. Our president would be negligent if he were to hide such information from the nation. We are not his children.

Shhhh-UT! One Adam-12 see the man. Uh, I mean, sue the man....

Hey! What time is it? It's time to sue someone!
To: Common Tator; blackbag
Kayman is the only lawyer that could sue himself and lose the case. What an idiotic statement. You don't know what you're talking about on this one.
To: tgslTakoma
Very nice. Lee the traitor is further rewarded for stealing nuclear secrets that have not been recovered. And, Wen Ho Lee has been so emboldened by his manipulation of the system that he is brazenly demanding apologies and "compensation". He will probably receive both if he hasn't already. Meanwhile, the government has thanked Trulock's patriotism and integrity by ruining his reputation and destroying his career.

It doesn't make any difference to these apologists here that when Clinton was the target, Judicial Watch was a collection of Heros. Now they proclaim JW and Klayman villans.
And they can't see their own Blind Partisanship. What a Sick Pair of Parties in charge.

At least they don't pretend anymore.

Because of all the high level info that may be attached to it. It's my understanding that the government had already intervened and had been allowed by the court to have classification officers present at depositions to protect national security. The same could have been done for the trial.
"Nothing to see here, folks. Just move along...."

Klayman is the wrong man to have on the case. He's too coo-coo It appears to me that you believe Mr.Trulock is a fraud. If otherwise, please introduce Mr. Trulock to a competent attorney. Are there any honest lawyers in DC?

It doesn't make any difference to these apologists here that when Clinton was the target, Judicial Watch was a collection of Heros. Now they proclaim JW and Klayman villans. Because we thought they could actually bring justice. They brought nothing, and it was handed to them on a silver platter.
What have they done ? Why even bother with them now?
To: Fred Mertz
This is just pitiful news...and VERY telling.
To: concerned about politics
I'm afraid he may be hiding info that would terrify the American people if they knew what Clinton may have really done. I'm willing to bet the farm that that is exactly what is going on. Sorry to say, the current administration is covering up so that the masses won't be scared more than necessary. That is why, whenever a post-9/11 plane crash occurs, the NTSB screams 'It wasn't terrorism!! It wasn't terrorism!' and floats every cracked theory there is to "prove" it while the crash is still smoking. This is utterly ridiculous.
I think that GW is covering up for Klinton because he feels a duty to restore the presidency to the dignity that it once had. I'm real sorry that the White House is having a PR problem from the last president, but we need to know the truth of what the last president did. To do anything else is dereliction of duty.

Oh, he's right on. Klayman is a has been. Seriously.
