They started with Congress ignoring the Equal Footing Doctrine in the early 19th century. The creation of the National Forests was a backroom deal to please commercial forestry by preventing competition. This crap has a long history.

I found a fax when I got back to my office today from Liberty Matters!
WooooooooooooooooooooooHoooooooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It's too good to be true!!! It took longer than the damned Clinton, Clinton & Gore Administration to get over with!!!

Hey, how do you make the lights blink like that?? (blink-blink)
To: sasquatch
First ya types a "less than" symbol, then ya types the wurd "blink," then ya types a "greater than" symbol. Then ya turns it off with the "slash" symbol like any other HTML close tag, you silly person!(grin)
My goodness, I'm just giddy over the fact that Hage won anything whatsoever! I just wish his first bride could've lived long enough to see it and enjoy it like his second beautiful bride is certainly doing!!!
To: SierraWasp
Thanks,
I'm going to practice somewhere else for a while.
Be well;

man, if I could only pick 'em like Wayne...
To: sasquatch
Hay! Don'tcha rush off, now, hear? I'm told that blink only shows up on Netscrape, not on Internet Exploders browsers. Like wise the (marquee) tag won't show up on Netscrape like it does on IE.
Stay here and practice... I sure as heck do! Heck, if'n ya screw up, they cain't eat'cha without gittin indigestshun!!!

Between Klamath and the Hage case, I make the people 2-for-2 this week.Interesting the way things can work out under an honorable administration, no?
How do you suppose "the people" would have fared under ClintonII ?
So now Bush either lets this go or appeals it so the govt's case can be more thoroughly spiked (ie., killed with finality).
A rat administration would try to bury this guy Hage through attrition.
To: Carry_Okie
Do you have any background on the Judge in this case?
To: Carry_Okie
WOW!!!
THIS IS GREAT NEWSMakes one believe it's not too late for America...I can only hope that they (The Hages) get everything they go after. This justice has been too long in coming.
To: Lancey Howard
No. I met Wayne about two years ago at a Lincoln Club dinner. At that time he stressed how important it was to be in the right courtroom. I don't doubt that he took whatever care could be taken.
