This the very reason that I keep a loaded .357 Taurus next to my computer in the living room of my apartment, a loaded .357 S&W next to my bed in the bedroom and a loaded .357 Ruger on the top of the toilet next to the tub (I like those long soaking baths). The apartment next to mine had the door kicked in a couple of months ago. Anyone kicking mine in is going to be in for a big surprise. And no, there isn't any kids in the apartment.
