Ooh, poor Maxi can't pick up his parents "without being searched"? Why lie unless you pick them up on a plane you aren't searched.
So rather than get mad at Mad Mo's Murdering Minions you prefer to attack the federal gov. for trying to protect you from Mad MO's Murderous Minions? Smart.
As for the other isolated Clintonistic events, when that kind of thing is happening under a real president let me know and I will join you in the paranoia.

The morning radio news said 300,000 MEs are being investigated for deportation, but 6,000 are to be deported as soon as caught. It seems Clinton was completely asleep at the wheel. It seems Saddam Hussein let us "win" those Gulf Wars because he had bigger plans ---like a later win over us that would involve our destruction. Instead of sending his army directly to attack us, he sent them in little by little.

unless you pick them up on a plane you aren't searched. Actually they search anyone who goes to the gate areas, so if he's meeting them at their gate then he would indeed be searched.

While a lot of Americans still don't believe we are at war, there appear to be at least 300,000 as of this morning who are sure we are.

That is right and is the reason I would not do that but meet them in the other areas or outside the airport. But those who want to cause difficulties for themselves are certainly free to go through the metal detectors etc. But whining about the extra inconvenience is a little much.

At Sea-Tac, there are a couple of satellite concourses that are accessible to the public only via subway -- they have the metal detectors set up before the subway entrances, so you'd have to be searched to get to the satellites at all.
I don't know how old his parents are. It's a shame though. I can see how, for some people, meeting in some other area isn't quite the same as being there to greet them when they step off the plane. Perhaps it would seem less sad if I thought the random shoe inspections and whatnot were actually effective measures.

It seems Clinton was completely asleep at the wheelAsleep? I think he must have been rewarded very handsomely to drive us off the cliff, or at least to the edge of it.

It is sad but there is no reasonable alternative. This is why I only wear a G-string and go barefoot to the airport now. Then, of course, INS agents hit on me asking if I want to be a citizen. lol.

INS agents hit on me asking if I want to be a citizen.Ah, disguising yourself as a likely democrat voter, clever plan...

Send a letter saying they've won $10,000 in a contest. Tell them where to pick up the prize, and what time. Mail letters to the last address or listed contact person. It's a cheap way to haul 'em in...
What kind of a country is this when sleeper terrorists wouldn't show up promptly after September 11th for deportation?
This seems like a case where a hot lunch program might help.

Yes and Hillary took what she thought was bribe money from "museums".
