East TN reporting... no snow here. But then I would not expect any after I went out and got milk, eggs, orange juice, bread and TP. :)

I would love to visit a 'cabin on a mountain in Colorado'...!! And you can visit my 'cottage' on a small lake with a golfcourse :))

Actually, I'm probably going to move this year, the well is so feeble that we only have water for a couple of baths, the dishes and one load of laundry a day ... on a good day. But there are tons of cabins you can rent in Colorado - mine is nice, but it is still fairly close in to Denver (one does have to get to work) - you want nice, try up around Steamboat or in the San Juans.

Goose Creek, SC here. It's cold. It was snowing earlier this morning, but it's 6 pm-ish now and the snow has turned to rain. It's supposed to get colder, the rain is supposed to freeze and then it's supposed to snow on top of that. It will make driving to work fun.

Not me. I moved last February into a place with a 500 ft driveway and I haven't even got a snowblower or plow attachment yet. I'm just crossing my fingers and pushing my luck;)

Here in Downtown we got about 2" but the roads are pretty good. Probably will freeze up some over night.

I once thought we were getting snow in Houston. I was getting ready to call my mom when I discovered it was just swarms of white bugs.

Hi Dog....:)
Since our return from California, the gator seems to have disappeared....
...but I hear tell, there's one in another section of homes on the golfcourse, so it could be ours.
...they travel from water hole to water hole :)

Well dirtboy, JUST when I thought I had secured my very own FReeper vacation spot.....LOL

Seriously, I'm sorry to hear you're moving.......We love Colorado so much, we could be talked in to a timeshare or rental cabin.
