Thanks for the ping on this. Absolutely amazing.

We all have angels. Most of us never get to see them. But, chez moi, we talk to them, welcome them, and thank a caring, sharing God for them.

May yours keep their eyes on you, lowbie.

Marvelous story. I don't quite know how to understand it, but your recollection sounds quite sincere.

My earliest memories only go back to about age three. But I remember the vividness of the grass, the sky, the colors on the street where I lived, and a sense of being accompanied and secure even when I was by myself. Today I would credit that sense to the presence of angels.

Personally, I think this child must be marked for a special purpose in this life

Everybody is marked for a special purpose in this life. That is to learn more about love.

To this day I can still recall a panic at being taken to a room..again with a very bright light..put on a table and something starting to be put in my neck or back.

Could that have been a microchip which helps explain your strange thoughts? But, I don't think they were around back then. Or were they?

"That car fell 90 feet onto jagged rocks. This would have taken just under 3 seconds. Terminal velocity at touch-down was approximately 70 mph..."

2.37 seconds, and 75.9 MPH to be exact; how did he survive?

We know from what Elijah arranged for Elisha to see that thousands of 'angels' surround us at all times. I wonder what life would be without them.

"...how did he survive?"

Good question, e-s. The average Japanese import weighs about a ton. It's impact at 75 mph against solid rock is just unbelievable. The heaviest bear I ever heard of didn't even weigh half that, and bears typically can't go faster than 50 mph. But you and I both know what would happen if a bear this size hit us at full speed. Only a miracle could save us.

And there's one more thing, e-s. According to the article, the crash occured between 10 pm and 10:30 pm, and the boy was sitting on that beach in sub-freezing cold till the next morning. That means high tide came in on him around 1 AM or so.

Thanks for reminding me. A friend of the family in a Spanish radio interview said that Marisleysis and her mother, Angela, were surprised that Elian already knew who Jesus Christ was when he got there. His mother, Elisabet, had taught him about Jesus. And Elian said he saw an angel, and his mother prayed with him before she died and Elian was praying too.

Dr. Diane Komp's book, Windows to Heaven, is great. She writes about children who were dying of cancer, and she as an agnostic or atheist doctor witnesses their glimpses of Heaven; like the little girl who right before dying sits up in bed and says, "Mommy Do you hear them? They are singing, oh the angels are beautiful."

Four years ago, my baby had a fever of 103 and kept getting sicker. I prayed to God in Jesus's name and a few minutes after that, my child was sleeping with a smile on his face, and for a moment I saw four angels, one standing at each corner of his bed, they were male, about 9 feet tall, and I could see swords in the hands of the two angels facing me.

My youngest son is named Gabriel. For awhile he thought it was wussy to be named for an angel - then I read to him from the Bible evidence that angels are large awesome beings that had to calm men's fears before bringing their message from Heaven. Grown men and women tremble before these creatures, while little children feel the comfort.

I have trouble remembering what I did yesterday, let alone what happened to me in birth or infancy. I envy those with this kind of memory recall. Thankyou for the post, it is truly inspirational.

Thanks for the bump Travis. I have been told at least three stories which were similar to the one I related to you in my FR mail. Thanks again !
