Your Honor, I strenuously and wholeheartedly object!!! . Lonesome in Massachussets has absolutely NO authority to lump dishonest Whoraldo Rivera together with the honest and beautiful Welch people !!! ;-))
It's been real, and it's been fun; but it ain't been real fun.
Hmmm, er, Whoraldo....why didn't you think of these consequences BEFORE you began acting like a jerk, before you began lying about where you were and hallowed ground, and 'our' guys! Whoraldo, I'm sure you've heard the old saying, 'if the shoe fits'......in your case, we have a PERECT FIT! Go back to the hole, er is that cave, or vault, you came out of.
As instantly as Leonardo DeCaprio and George Stephanopulis became broadcast journalists at ABC News. No wonder Mickey Mouse wanted to buy ABC so bad.
Which made him perfect for ABC news.:) But not for Fox news.
Did you ever see the tape where he got his nose broke? Hilarious.LOL That was in his springer like days.

Mayor Geraldo?
We've seen a former mayor become a talk show host, ala Jerry Springer, but Geraldo Rivera
has been mulling the reverse route, announcing in a televised interview that he is considering
making an independent bid in the 2001 New York City mayoral race. Though Rivera has oft
been hailed for his serious journalism, his flirtations with sensationalism have drawn the bigger
headlines, such as his live televised opening of Al Capone's "vault" which yielded nothing or
the brawl that erupted on his "Geraldo!" talk show which resulted in his nose being broken by
a flying chair. Although Geraldo has not formally thrown his hat in the ring, he has made sure
that the public and his current bosses at CNBC know that he is giving it serious
consideration. (this story was compiled from other news sources by IMDb's editors and
and added to this issue)

Except that, with Geraldo in it, it would immediately cease to be friendly.
It's one of those Catch-22 things. Sorry.
Seriously, there are so many token liberals out there Fox could have put on to bring balance, which was their reasoning, so why him?? The jury's still out if he's helped ratings, but even so, he's not a reporter, he's a celebrity. And a terrible one at that.
