It took 3 months, but the troops are finally on their way to the border. That's the subject of this thread. Yours is just a vain attempt at changing the subject.
The fact is you've been against militarizing the borders for these past 3 months and I've been for it. I win, you lose.
Loser.
Hardly. A couple of hundred National Guard to spell off overworked customs officials is only a "militarized" border to paranoid creeps desperate to be right about something....
"Nothing in this article contradicts any of the articles that site a Canaduh connection"
Only a desperate fool can ignore this article and the many that preceded it that unequivocally state that none of the hijackers came through Canada.. Heres a quote from The December 6, 2001 Washingrton Post for you to ignore: http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/articles/A52575-2001Dec3.html
"None of the terrorists from the September 11 carnage came to the United States through Canada, to my knowledge," Ashcroft said. In the days after the attacks, some U.S. news organizations, including The Washington Post, reported that investigators believed that some hijackers had entered the country from Canada. Although that theory has been abandoned, many Canadians complain that their country was hastily accused.
He also said in the same speech:
He said the National Guard would "not be functioning as troops" to "militarize" the border, but would fill in to assist immigration and customs officers, giving the United States time to hire more of those officers for the border.
I dont expect evidence to sway a mind as closed and as paranoid as yours but for the smart people - it is entertaining for us to to watch...giggle...
Ashcroft isn't sending the U.S. Marshalls, Andy Frain ushers or Brink's Security to the border. He's sending hundreds of the U.S. Military, you goof.
When a politician says, "Not to my knowledge," that's not an absolute statement. That doesn't indicate the evidence one way or another is incontrovertible.
You're grasping at straws, here. You and other liberals hope that the citizens of the USA will just get bored with all the security issues raised by the 9/11 attack before anything substantive is accomplished. I believe you're wrong this time.
Here's some more additional proof that you will want to ignore: http://dailynews.yahoo.com/h/ap/20011204/wl/attacks_ashcroft_canada_1.html
"Ashcroft rejected suggestions that National Guard troops meant a military reinforcement of what is known as the world's longest undefended border. He noted that the 600 troops worked out to an increase of about one for every 100 miles, and that they would be helping overworked immigration and customs officers. ``If you think that's fortifying the border, you've got a much more active imagination than I do,'' he said.
The goal, Ashcroft said, was to maintain the flow of the world's largest trade relationship - worth more than $1 billion a day - across the 5,500-mile border.
Ashcroft said Monday no evidence so far suggests that any of the hijackers in the Sept. 11 attacks came to the United States from Canada."
The AG said there was "no evidence". The FBI said there was "no evidence. The only person who beleives there is evidence is some twit named "4freedom", who cannot, unfortunatley point to what that evidence might be. You can try and spin this anyway you want - you still end up looking like a fool
Why is that? Could it be that you're the coward here?
Chicken loser.
You stated earlier in this thread that "We're concerned, here in the U.S., that a large number of the 19 terrorists, involved in the attacks on 9/11, entered the U.S. from Canada"
We of course was "you". Despite all of the evidence I have presented, you have not admitted that you were wrong - as you clearly are. The others, seeing the evidence, finally shut up - but not you. You are wrong. Not because I have said so, but because the AG has said so. Sticking to a failed premise makes you look like a first-class-ass.
To the best of my knowledge, you're a deluded, maniacal, illogical, chicken loser.
You sir are a fool of the first order and a disgrace to FReepers everywhere. And since you could not prove your stupid assertion, we will consider the matter closed and your ass handed to you on a plate.
You have the Attorney General saying, "to his knowledge." That sounds like CYA/plausible deniability to me. Tomorrow he could say he has knowledge.
Declare yourself the winner, if you want to. Who cares?
That's the third time you've talked about my ass on this thread. You want to serve it on a plate? What is your problem, really? LOL!
Psycho, chicken loser.
Tomorrow you could grow a brain. I won't hold my breath for either to happen. Still waiting for evidence of your now completely ridiculed - "We're concerned, here in the U.S., that a large number of the 19 terrorists, involved in the attacks on 9/11, entered the U.S. from Canada" statement.
Waiting....
Yeah right, just like you said, 3 months ago, that the military would never be sent to the border.
Go ahead, hold your breath. Please.
You can be the world's first blue, psycho, chicken loser. LOL.
"Ashcroft rejected suggestions that National Guard troops meant a military reinforcement of what is known as the world's longest undefended border. He noted that the 600 troops worked out to an increase of about one for every 100 miles, and that they would be helping overworked immigration and customs officers. ``If you think that's fortifying the border, you've got a much more active imagination than I do,'' he said."
"We're concerned, here in the U.S., that a large number of the 19 terrorists, involved in the attacks on 9/11, entered the U.S. from Canada" statement.
Still waiting....
We'll just have to wait and see. It took 3 months for him to send the first 300. Please, try and be a little patient.
Just do that holding your breath thing you mentioned. You can be FR's little, blue, Papa Smurf looking, psycho, chicken loser. LOL.
So you believe your statement is true - you just don't have any evidence.
What a sad sack you are...
The Attorney General is engaging in your typical political speak. He's left himself so many ways out of all of his positions that it's hard to determine what he really knows for sure. There's nothing definitive or incontrovertible in any of his statements, that a reasonable person can see, no matter how hysterically you rant to the contrary.
That still makes you FR's ranting and raving, hysterical, little, blue, Papa Smurf looking, psycho, chicken loser. LOL.
And I cant argue with a psychosis that developed. Happy trails and remember to stay on your meds
.
The military IS going to the border. That's a fact, Jack. Yes, I believe it's only the beginning.
The liberals in the American public, like yourself, DO have it wrong.
"Freedom Fighters", if you want to consider me that, are not suckers for the liberal media's spin of statements by the AG, FBI or CIA, like you are.
You come to a 'battle of wits' and you don't even bring half your wits with you. What a dork! What a doofus!
Good riddance to you, you psycho, chicken loser. You won't be missed. LOL.
I did - repeatedly - only you're not smart enough to realize what a sub-moronic nitwit you are. But don't worry, all psychotics have the same delusions of grandeur.
Now, does the doctor have to instruct the pumped up little boy on how to take his lithium? ROTFLOL!
I thought you signed off in your prior thread.
You psycho, chicken loser. LOL.
