How is the frequent compulsory drug treatment program solution we have in the US any different? You make an excellent point. Let's just shoot them.

Poundstone was last spotted walking along the Santa Monica Freeway with a 4 year-old under each arm.

Also what many people don't think about is how easy it is for the government to get rid of opposition by planting evidence such as guns, drugs, porn etc. The danger of making objects illegal is that the illegality will be used for political purposes. The danger is even more great when simple words are made illegal as in this country. But we don't have to worry about our government doing the wrong thing do we?

"Today is really a day for commendation rather than to bite you." Don't you think the judge could have phrased that a little differently?

Criminal counts [against Poundstone] alleging lewd conduct with a child were dropped.
And I wonder if charges against MY alleged foot up her @ss would also be dropped?? We allegedly have laws against drunken child-molesters that are allegedly enforced. EXCEPT if you're a so called "celebrity."
