It's good to see an Israel firster admitting that support for Israel cannot be justified by appealing to American national interests.

The survival of an outpost of Western Civilization is not an American national interest?

The Jewish people who chose to return to their ancestral homeland were handed a huge bunch of lemons.

They made lemonade, and sold it on a world market. Not to their neighbors, but to the Western world. What is commonly considered to be Western civilization had a lonely outpost in a distant and unforgiving land.

They made the desert bloom. Now those sons of Ishmael who had occupied that desert for the last couple of millennia, grew jealous. All that time they were the stewards of the land, they did little to raise the quality of life there, and perhaps they tired of being such poor chumps, but did little to change the situation.

Along come some pretty hungry and ingenious people, who took this rocky barren ground, and coaxed prodigious bounty from the land, showing the local indigents up in two ways - they were far more enterprising, and worse, they were the despicable Jews, whom the Muslim world considered to be vastly inferior.

Now nothing will do but to drive out the Jews, and seize their property, without compensation. Within a generation the entire region would look like Beirut, and of little use to anybody, but some deep craving would be satisfied.

Is this the future of the world?

Go read the Palestinian scholar's article last week blaming the Palestinian authorities for not doing the proper clean up of debrie and saying that they bare reposnsibility for those kids.
